During our quality control, we do our best to ensure standard quality for every product. However few items may got damaged during delivery or got away with our QC process, we will keep improving our product line to eliminate this kind of issue.
We provide you with a complete set of installation tools. You don't need to buy screws separately.
We will arrange shipment for the missing parts ASAP once we have your consent. Please confirm the missing piece, and please confirm that the shipping address is the same as the one on your order. In addition, could you please also leave your contact number with us so that we can fulfill the delivery info for your replacement.
We’ll send you an electronic version of the manual. Please send the product link and your order id to help@odkhome.com.
